High ticket closer team

Congratulations landing on this opportunity we are looking for 14 total smart motivated individuals looking to grow there knowledge and their bank account. 3 team leaders, 9 closers, 1 project manger, and 1 social media manger are the positions.
everyone will be closing on phone calls with hot traffic through target marketing also there will be training but don't make no mistakes this isn't a charity we expect you to challenge your self and grow. There will be 3 teams leaded by the Team leaders tracking everyones progress and holding everyone accountable. The team that makes the most sales at the end of the month will get double commission for the following month (Closers team 10% if making the most sales 20% commission) (Team leaders team 15% if making the most sales 30% commission) (Project Mangers directs Team Leaders and there commission will be 30% commission and this can climb over time and closers can climb there way up to team leaders as well as a Project Manger.
