Live Chat Operators - home based

We are looking for 2 live chat ---------- at2 has been operating for nearly 8 years and is a fast growing Australian company with clients and staff based world ---------- at2 is on the brink of changing customer service forever for businesses through online technology advancements and world class customer service.

We invite chat operators to apply for this entry level position. The position involves answering live chats for businesses across several different industries utilising the Chat2 Global dashboard as well as administration tasks to support the sales team and assist with onboarding of new clients. The positions are around 30 - 40 hours depending on your ability to learn ---------- ensive Training is provided, though at least 6 months experience as a chat operator is required. This is a work from home position.

You will need to be available to work from 5am (AEST) some mornings and on Saturdays and Sundays. Shift length ranges from 3 - 8 hours. The average shift is around 4-5 hours with some split shifts available. As this is an entry level position we expect all our new operators to work on Saturday and Sunday, though shifts are normally only 4-5 hours.

Ideally your computer specifications for this role need to be an i5 minimum, at least16gb ram, backup power and internet and a second monitor.

This role is very suited to someone who has undertaken customer service and is happy to chat online with ---------- this role you will be guiding online visitors around business websites, assisting them to make online bookings / purchases and provide answers to customer questions online within the Chat2 Global dashboard. You will also be assisting the team with administration duties, updating clients responses and creating knowledge bases.
