VA required to assist the Manager of an Australian telecommunications business.
We have a small team of Australian based and Filipino staff.
VA role will consist of the following tasks:
- assist manager with transcription of videos and recordings to create new training materials
- create training videos using screen capture
- update our Zoho knowledge base/s
- manage
- manage phone calls and direct to the correct tea
- undertake some bookkeeping
- manage linkedin for multiple staff
- assist web developer with content
- assist with bookkeeping & billing tasks when required
Desired Experience
- Zoho CRM
- video/photo editing
- document editing
- typing/transcription
- Xero

Technical Requirements
- minimum i5 computer or laptop with 8GB+ of RAM
- 2 monitors or laptop plus an additional monitor

Position Requirements:
Work full-time 40 hours per week
AEST/AEST shift commencing 8 am finishing 5 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
