Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
2. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure favorable agreements for the organization.
3. Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to assess their compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and select vendors that align with the organization's goals and requirements.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing escalations.
6. Coordinate vendor onboarding processes, including conducting due diligence and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
7. Track vendor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
8. Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay informed about industry trends and vendor offerings.
9. Assist in developing vendor management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize vendor relationships and mitigate risks.
10. Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements related to vendor relationships and ensure adherence within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. Must be able to work on night shift (US time)
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
5. Able to work 40 hours each week
