Freelance Virtual Assistant needed for Photographer

I am a dog photographer in search of a freelance virtual assistant to help with the following tasks:

Culling and processing event photos in LR - for about 12 events per year.
Editing studio images in PS for a few week-long dog headshot days.
By the end of this year, I would like to turn over all editing. When I do so, I will edit one photo from each session and a video of the edit for instructional purposes.

What I’m looking for:
Diligent and efficient performance is far more important than years of experience and lengths of ---------- dicated, loyal, on time, organized, meets deadlines, quick learner, smart, and strong in English.
Someone who can be around for the long term.
Must be well-versed in Photoshop, Lightroom and have a fast, reliable internet connection. Adobe Indesign is a plus, but not necessary.

What I’m NOT looking for:
If you are disorganized or have difficulty with deadlines and structure, please do not apply.
If you are not strong in communicating in English, please do not apply, as I may need help with client communication in the future.

Every month is slightly different, based on what bookings and events I have. To start, it may be from 5 to 10 hours a week, some weeks more, some less.

If you end up being a great fit and show a high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you, and the position could potentially change to part-time or full-time!
