Litigation Paralegal Personal Injury Law Firm

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our South Florida law firm remotely. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in handling personal injury cases.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting complaints, motions, orders, and discovery documents
- Assisting the locally licensed associate attorney with legal research and case preparation
- Scheduling depositions, mediations, and other case-related appointments
- Conducting factual investigations, gathering relevant information, and organizing case files
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in our case management software, Filevine (experience with Filevine is a plus)
- Collaborating with the legal team and supporting attorneys in all aspects of case management
- Assisting in the preparation of trial materials, exhibits, and trial notebooks

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with a focus on personal injury cases
- Demonstrated knowledge of litigation procedures, including drafting legal documents and managing case files
- Proficiency in legal research and the ability to analyze and summarize relevant information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
- High level of accountability, reliability, and trustworthiness
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and familiarity with case management software (Filevine experience is a plus)
