We are in search of a tech-savvy, detail-oriented virtual assistant with excellent experience in handling WooCommerce and WooCommerce subscriptions. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in troubleshooting, utilizing
Responsibilities:
Handle the management and maintenance of our WooCommerce platform, ensuring that our online store is up-to-date and functioning optimally.
Administer WooCommerce subscriptions, ensuring all customer queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot any platform issues, using your excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix any problems that arise.
Utilize
Implement and manage our Zapier automations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Regularly report on key performance indicators, trends, and other essential insights for our ecommerce platform.
Collaborate with the team to improve our ecommerce operations and automations, suggesting ways to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with
Experience setting up and managing Zapier automations.
Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
