JOB OVERVIEW

This is a full-time remote position with working hours during the US ET workday (9 am - 5 pm ET). Our team has moved to a virtual office model so all work can be done remotely.


Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders for large and small retail accounts. This includes: Entering order into QuickBooks or other ERP
software, upload orders to 3PL warehouse based on available inventory, process EDI transactions (ASN, Invoicing), and
invoice orders in QuickBooks.
- Communicate with the 3PL warehouse regarding order requirements, dimensions, and routing.
- Route orders using vendor portals (i.e., Retail Link) and customer traffic departments to ensure orders ship on time and in
full compliance
- Communicate with customers to ensure on time delivery in full compliance of all requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order issues.
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards.
- Perform other customer service tasks.


Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in accounting, order processing, or other relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced skills including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot tables)
- Proficiency in ERP, QuickBooks or other financial software
- Proficiency in web-based software, shared drives, and online applications
- Savvy and quick to learn new concepts and systems
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a team player
