Real Estate Appointment Setter / Cold Caller ASAP!!! (Central Time 3pm-7pm)

Qualifications / Skills:

- MUST be available to work PART TIME on a GRAVEYARD SHIFT (Monday - Fri from 3pm-7pm Central Time)
- Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken needs to have excellent English skills both written and spoken.
- Has at least 1 year experience in Real Estate Cold calling
- Has experience using Mojo dialer
- Good in sales
- Can handle rebuttals or objections
- Excellent customer service
- We offer a bi-weekly payment through Paypal ($4/hr)

**** VERY IMPORTANT: Must have a US number / skype number/ skype credits / magic jack / Vonage to call a US number and or to connect to Mojo Dialer or as long as you have a line to connect to Mojo dialer. I will not provide a US number or any software that will connect you to Mojo

About you:
- HONEST AND RELIABLE (we don't have a time tracker but the Mojo Dialer ends exactly 4 hours, we can see the time in and out in Mojo dialer)
- NO PROBLEM WITH ATTENDANCE AND TARDINESS (be on time, send an email or skype message if ever you'll be late or won't be able to come in for work)
- Must have a noise cancelling headset
- No internet issues
