Graphic Designer to create a 125 page handbook

I need a skilled graphic designer with experience following brand guidelines and creating brochures with Adobe InDesign. You will design a 125ish page handbook that incorporates clean yet creative design. I will provide you with a draft of the handbook along with images branding. It will need a lot of design work before it can go to print July. We are working on a really tight deadline and have to have the designed work by mid-July, probably the week of the 10th or 15th at the latest. Once the project gets rolling, I can share with the designer some examples of handbooks that have been approved as a starting point.

I need a designer who is creative, professional, and most importantly, reliable. Time is very important as this has to go to print in mid-July. You must be a freelancer with a reliable internet connection and Adobe InDesign CS5 or later.

Compensation will be based on your portfolio. If you have a history of clean, creative work then I'm willing to be flexible with the hourly rate.
