**Who are we?**

We're a UK based, world-serving brand in the drink supplement space (Think, Red Bull... but we're not an energy drink) - we help our customers achieve more, win more and do more with our delicious tasting drinks, that are packed full of clinically-proven *Nootropic* ingredients ... (Yes, that word is something you'll need to know a lot about!)

By the way, every sale we make will feed and nourish a child for a year through our charitable partner - we're exceptionally proud of this!


**Who are you?**

You should be an action-taking, kind and dedicated person who takes the role of making and keeping customers happy very seriously.


**What’s the gig?**

We’re looking for a patient, empathetic and out-of-the-box thinker to join our customer satisfaction team, taking charge of our socials, community and inbound messages as well communicating well via phone.


**Your Pedigree**

You should be able to demonstrate examples of previous work in the customer support field and speak about your experience.

You should be very comfortable with the English language both in written and spoken format.

You should be a fast-learner, and be excited to work in a team (there's no "i" in team!)

You should be patient, kind and empathetic — Your role is to make and keep our customers happy!
