Job Description: Ensure that the company delivers timely, genuine and individualized support for the customers' superior shopping experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Respond to multi-channel queries in a timely manner, mostly via phone,
Handles both inbound and outbound calls
Troubleshooting technical issues for a camera brand
May process orders and transactions
Update our internal data with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Communicate order issues/concerns with clients and relay client concerns to proper departments
Ensures 100% customer satisfaction with products or services
Qualifications:
Must have 2 years and above technical or any call center accounts experience
Preferably with Amazon Seller Central experience
Preferably with Asana, Zendesk or Sellercloud experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Fast and stable internet connection (backup internet connection is required)
Willing to commit to only one employee
Offer:
Rate: $4 per hour, direct pay every 1st and 16th of each month
