Position Overview:
As a Rockstar Appointment Setter and Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to follow up on leads generated through our Facebook ad campaigns and set appointments for our coaches. You will play a crucial role in our sales process, ensuring effective communication and nurturing leads to facilitate the conversion of prospects into clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing emails and performing various virtual assistant tasks to support the team.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads generated through Facebook ad campaigns.
- Engage with potential clients over the phone to build relationships and understand their business needs.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with our coaches to ensure seamless communication.
- Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and detailed information for each interaction.
- Perform virtual assistant tasks, including managing emails, organizing schedules, and supporting administrative duties as required.
