Carrier/Vendro Relationship Manager

This is a manager level position.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and target potential carriers to expand and diversify our carrier network.
2. Evaluate carrier capabilities, reliability, and compliance with industry regulations.
3. Negotiate contractual agreements and rates with carriers.
4. Manage carrier onboarding, including contract execution and documentation.
5. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with carrier partners.
6. Collaborate with carriers to align services with customer requirements.
7. Monitor carrier performance and address concerns or issues.
8. Analyze carrier performance data and identify areas for improvement.
9. Facilitate issue resolution and escalate complex issues as needed.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
11. Conduct market research to identify emerging carriers and assess their potential.
12. Analyze competitor strategies and market trends for innovation and improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. Must be able to work on night shift (US time)
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
5. Able to work 40 hours each week
