We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Student Visa Data Entry Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of student visa applications. Your primary responsibility will be to enter and verify data pertaining to student visa applications, ensuring the highest level of accuracy to minimize errors and reduce the risk of visa refusals.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and verification tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
Enter student data, including personal information, academic records, financial documents, and other relevant details into our proprietary database system.
Review and validate data for completeness, consistency, and adherence to specific visa requirements, exercising meticulous attention to detail at all times.
Identify and rectify any inconsistencies, errors, or missing information within the student visa applications, seeking clarification from applicants or relevant parties when necessary.
Collaborate closely with our team of visa consultants and advisors to address any data-related issues and ensure smooth processing of student visa applications.
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times, handling sensitive student information with the utmost discretion.
Stay up to date with the latest regulations, policies, and guidelines related to student visa applications in Australia to provide accurate and informed assistance.

The successful applicant will have some experience in the international education industry for Australia, Ideally you will also have experience in reviewing and correcting GTE statements.
