I am looking for a full time webmaster that can develop sites and webpages on a continual basis. hundreds of lead generation site and hundreds of web/landing page for marketing clients.

Most important finding someone I can talk to on the phone about my projects without any communication issues. I do not want to hire someone that it is hard for me to track down and get a hold of. The other important condition is the ability to work on my hours East Coast time like New York.
