Appointment Setting/ Lead Generation Agent (Canada/ USA)

We're looking for somebody to help us with lead generation and appointment setting for a Canadian based Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate will be in charge of cold calling potential prospects and setting appointments for a free marketing consultation/ presentation.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective customers, taking inbound calls, and scheduling appointments.

Qualities we look for:

An excellent grasp of English (North American)
A well spoken, courteous and friendly phone manner.
Basic computer knowledge (E-Mail, Google Docs/MS Office etc.)
Great customer service and sales skills

Work hours are Monday-Friday 10-4 ( Eastern time)

We provide the leads and the scripts, you provide the calls and the conversions.
