Wedding Video Editor for Emotional Storytelling

Looking for someone to partner with me as the main video editor for my wedding business based in California. Ideally you have experience editing wedding films. I will train you to edit the films in my style - this is important. You must emulate the style I have created in my business. Must have Final Cut Pro X so we can swap the project files.

My editing style is technically simple, what's most important is that you can find the most meaningful part of the vows, speeches, etc and weave them together with compelling music.

I'm probably looking to hire someone on as part time for a short period of time, which will grow to full time if you are interested. If you want a part time position for the long term so you can work on other things that is ok. How quickly we could go full time is somewhat dependent on the salary, which is negotiable for the right person.
