Architectural Cladding - Material Take Off Coordinator

AL13 Architectural Systems is on the lookout for a skilled architectural draftsperson to become part of our team. The chosen applicant will be responsible for delivering precise and prompt takeoffs. This position is a full-time contract role, in which training from AL13 will be integrated into the terms of the monthly agreement.

Qualifications:

- Possess at least 1 year of experience in the architectural drafting sector
- Hold a degree in Architecture or Architectural Drafting
- A quick learner exhibiting a strong sense of commitment and precision
- Skilled in interpreting and comprehending architectural plans and intricate details
- Capable of working autonomously and submitting work within stringent deadlines
- Good communication and people skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is vital
- Able to provide the ability to verify project calculations and workings

Main Duties:

- Evaluate architectural plans, requirements, and other related documents to prepare precise takeoffs conforming to AL13 standards and specifics for cladding tasks

- Collaborate closely with the lead estimator to understand the project's scope, needs, and timelines.
