Social Media Manager for Mystical Content & Community Page

Our mystical content and community page is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and growth for our brand.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our mystical content and community page across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and potentially YouTube

Create, curate, and publish engaging content including editing video reels with raw video content I will provide so that the videos resonate with our audience, including ---------- s, quotes, articles, videos, and live streams that you create or repurpose and rebrand

Compose 1-2 weekly email campaigns promoting our next event and weekly tips for self-care, etc.

Manage and grow our social media communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and supportive environment

Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, including reach, engagement, and conversions

Collaborate with our content team to plan and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand and values via social media platforms and MailChimp email marketing

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the spiritual, wellness, or mystical niche
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, as well as experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
* Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging social media content
* Passionate about the mystical, spiritual, and wellness community, with a basic understanding of its values and principles
* Creative, innovative, and adaptable, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with new and unique social media ideas
* Experience with community management, including moderating and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
