Inside Sales Agent

Hello Future Tea ---------- mber!

Looking for TWO high quality, motivated Inside Sales Agents and Appointment Setters for our growing
real estate team. We want people hungry to grow, learn and work hard.

Responsibilities:
-Calling Buyer Leads
-Calling FSBOs and Expired Leads
-Calling Seller Leads
-Confidently use our scripts to convert prospects to leads.
-Nurture leads and follow up appropriately.

Work Requirements:
-40 hours per week, 2 days off
-US Eastern Standard Time Zone
-Good English-speaking skills, no strong accent
-Experience and familiarity with real estate is a MUST
-Reliable, Persistent, Positive energy
-Passionate about being a contributing tea ---------- mber
-Confident to start and hold a conversation with foreigners
-Able to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately
-Ability to follow instructions, and adhere to processes and policies
-Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable, and a go-getter!
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-driven environment
-Experience using a dialler

We will provide:
-Script training
-Call lists
-Full support
-Coaching & training

System/equipment requirements:
-Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
-Stable internet connection of at least 3 MBPS
-Backup workstation (preferred)
-Backup internet (pocket Wi-Fi)
-USB noise-canceling headset

Salary:
-$5 USD/hour PLUS weekly bonuses
-Monthly performance bonus and paid training!
