Job Summary:
We’re seeking a remote, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team, managing three lifestyle U.S. brands (haircare, supplements, and sleep-related products). You’ll be responsible for creating a content calendar and creating and posting content on Instagram and Tiktok for all three brands. This is a remote position that will work closely with our U.S.-based Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth on Instagram and TikTok
Creating content from scratch (experience in Canva is a must!) and posting on social platforms, ensuring all imagery and messaging is brand-specific
Using data and trends to create messaging that captures new audience growth and engages current users
Monitor social analytics to track performance, find areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to the Marketing team
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure promotions and other brand news are communicated on the social media platforms
Respond to comments and concerns in a timely manner that’s representative of the brand voice
Requirements:
Portfolio of experience as a social media manager, preference for one of the categories mentioned above
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok
Excellent written and verbal skills in English is a must
Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
Familiarity with social media analytics and using that data to inform decision-making
Basic understanding of SEO and graphic design
