Monthly Accountant & Quickbooks Online Bookkeeper [Long-Term!]

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• [One-time] Setup/catchup in Quickbooks (chart of accounts, catch up for 2023 months, etc)
• [One-time] Create categorization rules for Quickbooks expenses
• [Monthly/ongoing] Regular bookkeeping for my business (including categorizing expenses, reconciling, and attaching receipts)

QUALIFICATIONS
• Expert at bookkeeping in Quickbooks Online
• Expert at accounting and experience with U.S. accounting & tax rules
• Experience with Synder integration with Quickbooks/Stripe (for syncing Stripe transactions) - ----------

COMPENSATION
• $10 USD/hour

ABOUT THE COMPANY / ACCOUNTING COMPLEXITY
• Online coaching and course provider: ----------
• Besides me (founder), no full-time employees; multiple long-term contractors
• Revenue collected via Stripe sales at checkout; no chasing invoices
• No physical inventory; just electronic products
• Assume between $20k-40k USD in revenue earned per month
• Assume ~4 bank accounts and ~4 credit cards to reconcile
• Roughly 250 transactions per month, including all revenue and expense transactions
