Social Media / Email Marketer / Content Editor

This is a Full Time 40 Hours Per Week Position working from 6am-2pm Eastern Time I would like so we can communicate if needed.

The Description of the Job is looking for an individual experienced in Marketer in Social Media, Email Campaigns, Website Maintenance, Lead Generation and Content Editing and Creation in building our Brand on the Internet.

As a Marketing VA we looking for someone who is has mastery do the following tasks:

We use ---------- and we would like someone familiar with using the tools in this platform to

Marketing:

Create a sales funnels using ---------- that would attract our targeted audience
b) to attend webinars
b) setup zoo ---------- etings for presentations to hear our opportunity

Create Email Campaigns
Send Emails that lead to landing pages that convert to appointments and send those emails to email lists
Review the Results and improve the campaign through the data
3) Use Linked in Site Navigator to grow our targeted audience
In your application tell us about what experience if any you have with Linked in Site Navigator. If you dont have any experience put “No Site Navigator Experience”. Thats ok we can get you learning this software.
4) Social Media Management - Posting to our social media accounts Relevant pictures, articles, and videos etc
5) Website Creation using ---------- or ipage to fix and update our website as needed.
Create Links to other landing pages and videos and our social media on the website
Insert text, pictures, etc and make design professional using the drag and drop software

Content Creation:

Create Landing Pages (sometimes with a video) that the ads would lead to
Create Emails that lead to landing pages or to our appointment link to generate sale appointments
Powerpoint or google presentations designed professional for webinars or presentations
Create Instagram, facebook, twitter, youtube, etc ads

Create a blog and manage posts to blogs and social media
Know how to edit videos and other content is a plus (not essential for the position)


Research:

Research Websites for information and facts relative to our business focus in the economy, countries, and real estate. Then send those facts to us for ---------- e Chat GPT 4 and other AI to create blogs and content for emails and ---------- e the information above to create emails and ads with the guidance of what information to use from us after you research and find information


Other

Sometimes the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint will be used
Sometimes some aspects of managing our email will be necessary
In the end we have a range of $4/hr - $6 for the position depending on what you are offering of what you can or cannot do above ---------- addition, we open to part time employment and may employ on a part time basis if you specialize in certain areas only.
