The responsibilities of this position include conducting basic lead qualification, determining the reasons behind potential sales, and assessing the urgency of opportunities. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency are essential qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Responding to incoming communications from potential sellers, qualifying them as motivated leads, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives.

Conducting follow-up calls, post-appointment surveys, and prospecting (cold calling/texting) for new leads.

Managing data entry.

Overseeing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

Assisting with administrative and team-related tasks.

Participating in weekly sales coaching and training sessions, as well as daily morning huddle meetings.
