Customer Service Representative

We are a busy New York laundry delivery company that is looking for remote customer service help.
We pickup and deliver laundry to residential customers in New York City, we handle 50-100 calls and emails per day regarding customers orders.

We have 1 shift available:
- 6:45 am - 11:45 am EST (5 hours)

Pay: $135-$155 (30 hours per week)

We need someone with qualifications:
- Experience in Call Center or Customer Service over the phone for 2 years
- Excellent writing in English
- Fluent speaking in English
- Medium level of computer experience
- Working 6 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday)
- Good quality internet connection and headset (customers must not hear noises around you)

We have a software that integrates with our orders and allows you to handle calls and emails remotely.
We will provide remote training for those candidates that are selected.
