SEO Specialist needed for Innovative Company

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for driving more website traffic and improving the ranking of Bethel Farms’ content in search engines. The SEO Specialist will analyze and review websites and implement changes to those websites through better search strategies, opening up new opportunities for driving company growth and profit.

• Identifies and implement strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase the number of visitors to company websites and to obtain high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines.
• Collaborates with the Marketing Team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout website content.
• Performs ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new relevant keywords.
• Keeps up to date with latest SEO trends, strategies, and algorithm changes.
• Understands and implements technical SEO audits and changes.
• Implements changes in content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
• Use analytical tools to gauge the success of content.
• Researches and implements search engine optimization recommendations.
• Creates and executes link building strategies.
• Analyzes keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
• Changes website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Monitors daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google analytics to understand SEO strategy performance

Creates weekly reporting and shares with team with following information for all Bethel owned domains:

• Domain Rating Number with change
• Referring Domains Qty with change
• Backlink Qty with change
• Organic Traffic Qty with change
• Organic Keyword Qty change
• # of first page keyword qty with change
