WORK REMOTELY: YES - Must have experience working in a remote job setting
WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8AM - 4:30PM CST
WORK DURATION: Full Time
RATE & SALARY RANGE: $520 ~ PAID WEEKLY!!

DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION: We are looking for efficient, dedicated loyal individuals that can contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a healthcare waste disposal company in the United States.

Job Responsibilities:
-Performs monitors of customer care email responses.
-Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations
-Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.
-Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-Candidate must be a graduate of any four-year course/equivalent.
-Have at least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a BPO set-up
-Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
-Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
-Fast, stable internet at least 50 MBPS upwards
-Noise-canceling headset; quiet background
-PC specs: corei5 with 8gb RAM or higher
