As the E-Commerce Store Manager & Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Shopify store, including customer support, product listing, inventory management, and customer communication. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Managing and updating product listings on Shopify
Assisting with inventory management and tracking
Communicating with customers and suppliers as needed
Continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize store performance message me with moi.
