We are Hong Kong accounting firm and seeking to hire a full-time staff.
ONLY FULL-TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED AND THE CANDIDATE HAS TO TAKE THE TRANSLATION
Main Purpose:
- To provide translation services for meetings and working documents into Chinese, based on the work needs of the General Manager.
- Follow from the sales orders to purchase orders and until the delivery with the customers and the suppliers of the conversation in Chinese, English, and Thai.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Interpretation and translation of documents for meetings of the General Manager's Office.
- Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and distributing them in the General Manager's Office.
- Handling office administration tasks in the General Manager's Office, including document arrangement and travel arrangement.
- Reception work for visitors to the General Manager's Office.
- Other tasks assigned by the General Manager's Office.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Chinese translation experience in a manufacturing field or business field.
- Experience in electric manufacturing is preferable.
- Ability to prepare contingency plans and work logically through complex issues in a high-paced environment and under pressure.
- Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships.
Skill and Specific Knowledge:
- Strong oral and written skills in Chinese. HSK 5 is the Minimum.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong observation, adaptability, and communication skills.
