We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator + Generalist to join our team. This role is highly involved in our hiring process, managing job ads performance, conducting interviews and screening calls which involve highly in finding the right candidate that aligns with our company culture.
You will be reporting directly to assist the company’s Director and work alongside with Finance and Operations personnels.
Having prior experience in HR hiring, Sales, or customer service is critical. Preferable with direct experience with the Australian market. Otherwise, please provide compelling experience and relevant skills that are transferable to our needs.

Work Arrangement - Commitment we looking for
- Follow Australian hours and holidays
- Available to work between 9am - 5p
- Responsive and available during working hours
- 8 hours work day, 5 days per week
Key responsibility - nature of your work
- Conduct screening and interview calls to find right candidates
- Build our Human Resource infrastructure, Provide insights, strategy for our needs
- Job Ads management : performance analysis, budget allocation
- Take care of new comers onboarding journey, either contractor or employees
- Building process, procedures, scorecards (KPI)
- Spreading culture to a community, emphasizing company values even more to all people working around us. ie cleaners and clients
