Job Description
This is a remote
Developing and managing configurations within Acoustic marketing platform
Working with management to define KPIs, create reporting and analyse campaign performance
Supporting essential marketing initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring,
lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
Championing compliance standards, best practices, and requirements
Email
deployment, and continually evaluating these for improvements
Maintaining integrations with our CRM and assisting in the integration of additional platforms
as and when required
Understanding and evaluating campaign metrics and distributing campaign performance to the
marketing team
Managing data extensions, data feeds, segmentations and integrations with Salesforce and
other platforms
Troubleshooting and problem-solving integration issues with developers
Building, testing, and sending
Ensuring assets delivered by designers are match campaign specifications and delivery
timeframes
Providing ongoing measurement and analysis of
Requirements
Have at least 4-5 yrs of relevant experience in the same field.
Excellent communication skills
Strong technical skills including HTML, CSS, AMP Script and/or JavaScript
Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making
Problem solving with a high attention to detail
Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Results oriented and customer focused
