JOB OVERVIEW

Call Hero Technologies Inc is looking for an organized and professional Virtual Receptionist to handle all communications with the company client from a remote position.

Company Location: Burnaby, BC, Canada

Working Hours: Between 4:00 AM - 7:00 PM (PST)
Working Schedule: 8 hours/day 5 days a week
Monday - Friday (PST) / Saturday (PST) - to be discussed

Qualification :

> Experience working in a Call Center is a must
> Preferably with background working in a Healthcare clinic.
> At least 1 year Customer Service Experience
> Has excellent written and verbal communication skills with American or neutral accents along with the ability to handle all interactions with internal and external clients with professionalism
> Have excellent communication and strong phone handling skills
> Must be persistent, aggressive, well driven
> Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
> Experienced with EMR/EHR/Jane App tools is a plus
> Reliable internet connection with Noise Cancelling Headset

Responsibilities :

> Managing Inbound Calls/ and Outbound Calls
> Managing appointment calendars
> Collecting details from new clinic's patient
> Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
> Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
> Communicating with customers through various channels
> Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
