We are looking for a Part-time remote Lead Generation/ Outbound Caller. Training will be ---------- TE: It is crucial that you follow the "HOW TO APPLY" instructions

Shift Schedule:

09:00 AM - 01:00 PM PST (12:00 AM - 04:00 AM Philippine Time) Monday - Friday


Job Description:

-Generating leads from different lead providers online (Yelp, Yellow Pages, Craigslist, etc.)

-Targeting businesses and consumers who may need assistance in construction services

-Calling generated leads using RingCentral

-Maintaining a record of client contact information using a Spreadsheet


Qualifications:

-Experience in lead generation, specifically around Orange County, California is a PLUS!

-Experience in appointment setting and prequalifying calls is a MUST!

-Ability to rebut two or three times on any objections

-Doesn’t take “NO” for an answer

-Aggressive, persuasive, and conversational

-Proactive and is able to work independently with less supervision

-Excellent English communication skills with a neutral American accent and conducting calls with great energy is a MUST!

-Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanour

-Has own PC/Laptop

-Has own headset with noise cancellation

-Good and reliable internet connection with backup (we will require a speed test)
