Wordpress Developer / Account Manager

Our web design agency is looking for a full-time (40h per week) Wordpress Developer & Project Manager to join our team.

You would be working as a part of a growing team.

This position serves these key roles:

1) Manage our support task list for websites we maintain.
2) Complete support tasks (Wordpress-related questions and tasks)
3) Respond to client questions and emails
4) Manage or complete ad-hoc projects that are not part of our support department. These may be client projects or internal projects.

Required Availability:
- Should have some significant overlap with US business hours. 5 hours+ per day is fine.
- Work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.

Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of WordPress development and the major themes & plugins
- Knowledge of Zapier, CRMs, and integrations with third-party software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Easy to work and communicate with throughout the day
- Efficient and organized on all tasks
- Great at delegating tasks and working with other developers
- Fluent, Excellent English
