This bookkeeping job involves maintaining and recording financial transactions and activities for a my Real Estate Holdings
Job Description:
• Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, using excel.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.
Prepare and issue invoices to clients/customers and track accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor and manage accounts payable, including processing payments to vendors and suppliers.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory compliance documents.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
Collaborate with other tea
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection regulations.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Provide support during audits or financial reviews.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using bookkeeping software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Familiarity with relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements.
