Full-Time Finance and Sales Coordinator for Onyx Moto

As a dedicated team of 15 full-time staff, we continuously strive to grow and improve our operations to better serve our customers.

We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Virtual Finance and Sales Coordinator to join our expanding ---------- this remote role, you will be tasked with processing credit applications, creating bills of sale, submitting them to the appropriate lenders, and logging all customer interactions in our CRM system.

Working hours:
Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) /
Wednesday - Sunday, 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT)

Responsibilities:

- Process finance applications for motorcycle purchases.
- Create and review bills of sale, ensuring their accuracy and compliance.
- Submit complete and accurate documentation to lenders.
- Log all customer and transaction information into our CRM system.
- Maintain regular communication with our team to ensure smooth transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries relating to their finance applications promptly and professionally.
- Contact customers with offers and updates regarding their finance applications.
- Potentially assist other departments with their needs as required.
- Stay updated with all lender policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to undergo identity verification and a background check.
