Mint Performance Marketing is looking for a performance content strategist to support our paid and organic media ---------- this role, you will fulfill requests from our media teams, by executing on the development of their content needs. This role blends copywriting principles & creative strategy to create content that converts. The performance content strategist will report to the Head of Performance ---------- te: All Remote Employees Must Be Available To Work During The Following Business Hours:

Monday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Tuesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Wednesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Thursday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Friday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Responsibilities & Duties
- Fulfill requests from our media teams via our project management software, ClickUp.
- Develop storyboards and media plans using Mint Performance Marketing’s best practices and proven formats.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to bring your storyboards and media plans to life.
- Write copy for various channels including, but not limited to: Paid media (primarily Facebook, Google & TikTok), email, SMS, organic social media.
- Develop image and video ad creative for brands by collaborating and providing instructions to graphic designers and video editors.
- Write copy for various formats including product pages, general web page copy, landing page copy & short-form story articles on our publisher partners.
- Develop content briefs for influencer marketing campaigns to source user generated content.

Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a DTC/ecomm marketing agency or brand.
- Possess a strong understanding of direct response marketing, and know what it takes to drive single-session sales.
- Possess a strong understanding of performance metrics and know how to identify top performing ads vs poor performers.
- Media buying experience preferred but not required.
- Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and possess strong organizational skills.
