We are looking for a talented Social Media/ E commerce manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands and oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Social Media:
• Running company social media advertising campaigns.
• Creating written and visual content for each social media campaign.
• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
• Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
• Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
• Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
• Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
• Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
E- commerce:
• Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and developments to encourage sales in our online store.
• Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
• Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
• Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
• Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
• Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
• Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Examining sales-related metrics
Skills and qualifications:
• Experience on managing Etsy, Amazon, Shopify
• Social media marketing experience
• Experience developing social media strategies.
• Experience as an E- commerce_Brand Manager on social media.
• Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
• Proven ability to build social media communities.
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
• Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar- Preferred
