Job Title: Media Buyer
Job Description:
Flex Force Management Agency is seeking a skilled and dynamic Media Buyer to join our team. As a Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in planning, negotiating, and executing media campaigns tailored to gym centers. Your expertise will help our clients within the fitness industry effectively reach their target audience and drive success for their gym centers. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with gym center clients and internal teams to understand their unique campaign objectives, target audience, and budget constraints within the fitness
Research and evaluate media channels relevant to the fitness industry, such as TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital, and social media platforms.
Negotiate media rates, terms, and conditions with publishers, broadcasters, vendors, and advertising platforms to maximize budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness specifically for gym centers.
Coordinate the implementation of media campaigns for gym centers, including scheduling, trafficking, and monitoring ad placements.
Monitor campaign performance metrics specific to gym centers, such as lead generation, membership sign-ups, and customer engagement.
Provide regular reports to gym center clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimizing their ad campaigns within the fitness industry.
Manage media budgets effectively for gym centers, ensuring optimal allocation and cost control.
Stay updated on industry trends within the fitness and gym center space, including consumer behavior and competition.
Identify new media opportunities and innovative strategies specifically tailored for gym centers.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and advertising partners within the fitness industry.
Collaborate closely with gym center clients and internal teams, including creative and account management, to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns that drive gym center success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in media planning or buying are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying, preferably in an advertising agency or media agency environment.
Proven track record of successful media campaigns and achieving campaign objectives within the fitness
Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure favorable rates and terms with media partners.
Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize media
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and quickly adapt to new technologies and media trends.
