Logistics Coordinator
• Perform daily e-commerce operational tasks: order fulfillment and management, returns + refunds, inventory planning; including allocations and transfers, and daily communication with warehouse and external parties to ensure operational excellence
• Obtain shipping quotes, prepare shipping instructions (BOLs), and schedule pick up for ready orders
• Process return requests, and track returns through to warehouse receiving
• Function in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Provide customers with regular updates for orders in transit, and orders identified with shipping issues


This role will grow into a full time roll as time goes on. To be completely honest, this is a very difficult position and requires extreme analytical and organizational ---------- was too difficult for the last person we hired. That being said, if you can handle the workload we will increase the hourly pay fairly quickly.
