Blick Creative is a growing digital agency located in Melbourne, Australia. We are looking for a motivated and multi-skilled individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for bringing in new projects. The role will initially be part-timer looking to expand to full time.

We looking for an exceptional VA to become a part of our close-knit team. Blick has a diverse range of clients, from government to corporate, with a special focus on the not-for-profit sector.

The Role

The role is primarily responsible for the generation of new leads for the business using digital marketing and social media to run campaigns and communicate with existing and new clients on a regular ---------- addition to this you will also manage various admin tasks and relationships with clients on behalf of the director.
Duties will include:

Digital Marketing skills

• Creating content and sending a monthly enewsletter .
• Social Media - Creating posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Follow up clients via email and generating leads
• Appointment setting for account managers
• Writing content for EDM campaigns
• Brief the studio on campaign material required.

VA office Admin

• Organise the schedule daily
• Correspond with clients on behalf of Account Managers when needed.
• Organise office Admin Tasks (Data input, organising meetings, Ordering)
• Assist with creating quotes/proposals



The Ideal Candidate:

• Prefferably knowledge and experience in the design and Marketing field is desirable
• A great command of the English language (Verbal and Written)
• Experience as VA for Australia (Preferably), England or the USA
• A helpful and approachable attitude, always delivering the best customer service .
• Self-motivated to work autonomously.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• A great personality and ability to build long standing relationships.
• Offer Lead Generation Skills
