Ability to convert calls into in-person appointments
Dependable internet and noise-cancelling phone headset
Enthusiasm for joining and growing with a dynamic team
Availability during Central Time Zone working hours
Proficiency in using dialers like Mojo Dialer and CRM tools like Follow Up Boss
Strong organizational skills
