We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Social Media Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Outreach Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients through email and direct messages on various social media platforms. You will play a crucial role in expanding our agency's partnerships and client base.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outreach activities via email and direct messages on social media platforms to establish connections with potential clients
- Engage in effective communication with prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our agency's services
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients, providing them with necessary information and addressing their inquiries
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify target audiences and tailor outreach strategies accordingly
- Achieve and exceed outreach targets and performance goals on a regular basis
- Continuously monitor and analyze outreach campaign effectiveness, making necessary adjustments for optimization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and client interactions

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in outreach, sales, or customer service roles is preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their messaging features
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with the availability to work 4 hours per day
