Freelance Help with Pricelabs

I am a property owner who has started to rent out my apartment home on ---------- and I have started using Pricelabs to assist with the pricing.

I’m not an expert in Pricelabs and need someone on a freelance basis who can use Pricelabs to analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies. I need someone who has good communication so we can discuss pricing recommendations and strategies.

The person I'm looking for must have experience of using pricelabs.

I will be looking you to
- Regularly monitor market trends and adjust pricing accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to maximize rental income.
- Maintain effective communication and update pricing adjustments.
