Social Media Manager with Mechanical Engineering Background

We're looking for a full-time experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

Ability to post content across multiple SM platforms
SM content research
SM content planning
SM content writing
SM reporting
SM engagement
Good written and spoken English


Job Posting/Invitation

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager
Must be able to work within 2 hours of AWST regularly
You should have good written and spoken English skills,
Will be required to work with our existing team of video editors and graphics designers
Be able to break up existing YouTube Videos into smaller SM content on other platforms
Create and maintain a cross-platform content strategy
Ability to create social media posts on all major SM platforms
Must be able to optimize Social media platforms
Create and maintain a content scheduling calendar
Create and maintain monthly SM platform analysis reports
Experience with - Hootsuite,
Answer inquiries and messages on all channels in a timely manner
Optimize current Social Media accounts
Experience in detailed research and reporting would be an advantage
Should be able to work independently and solve problems
Experience with VidIQ or tube buddy would be an advantage
Skills in Keyword research on YouTube would be an advantage
No writing of posts or content required - You will just be expected to upload and manage content as per the schedule
Must have Mechanincal Engineering background

Initially, the applicant will be engaged on a trial basis with the view to ongoing regular work. Hourly rate will be negotiated depending on demonstrated ability. Please use the words “social media star” in your response. For an interview, you will need a zoom account and a working webcam and microphone will be required. If interviewed, you will be required to start with a text chat and then progress to a Zoom video ---------- roduction Video - Must be Supplied To Be Considered
To be considered you must provide a face to camera video with a minimum length of 1 minute
