JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outbound Phone Specialist to join our team. As an Outbound Phone Specialist, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients in order to set appointments for our sales team. Your goal will be to engage leads, qualify their interest and needs, and schedule appointments for them to speak with our sales representatives. This position requires excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet set targets.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to a list of potential clients provided by the company.
Engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs, assess their interest level, and identify potential pain points that our product or service can address.
Present compelling information about our products or services and explain the value proposition to generate interest and enthusiasm.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the requirements for an appointment with our sales team.
Schedule appointments for qualified leads to speak with our sales representatives, ensuring that all necessary details are accurately recorded in our CRM system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call activities, including call outcomes, responses, and next steps in the sales process.
Follow up with leads who expressed interest but were not ready to schedule an appointment, nurturing the relationship and revisiting their needs at a later date.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with necessary information about the scheduled appointments, including any specific requirements or areas of interest.
Stay informed about our products or services, as well as industry trends and competitive offerings, to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
Achieve and consistently meet or exceed monthly appointment setting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
Persuasive and confident communication style with the ability to overcome objections and effectively communicate the value proposition.
Ability to understand and articulate complex products or services in a clear and concise manner.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of calls effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM systems or call center software to manage leads, record call details, and schedule ---------- lf-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.
Positive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during calls.
