Video Editing Manager

Content2Sales Online Coaching & Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Video Editing Manager to oversee our team of editors and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of video projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee a team of video editors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of short and long form content.
-Review and provide feedback on video project drafts and ensure they meet quality standards and creative vision.
-Write creative and engaging video thumbnail titles and descriptions.
-Conduct quality control checks on all video submissions to ensure they meet the highest standards of video production.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of video content into marketing campaigns.


Requirements:


3+ years of experience in video editing and production, with at least 1 year in a management role.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
