We are a leading real estate company focused on providing exceptional service and guidance to clients in their buying and selling journey. As a virtual Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our team by promptly responding to text message inquiries, applying text drip campaigns, and scheduling appointments for potential buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities:
1. Text Message Inquiries: Respond to incoming text message inquiries promptly and professionally via the CRM system.
2. Client Engagement: Engage with potential buyers and sellers through text messaging, ensuring excellent customer service and providing relevant information about available properties, current market conditions, and our services.
3. Qualification: Determine the needs, preferences, and financial capabilities of potential clients to qualify their interest in buying or selling real estate.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with interested clients for virtual or in-person meetings with our real estate agents.
5. CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain client information, conversations, and appointment schedules within the CRM system.
6. Follow-up: Follow up with leads, providing additional information as needed and nurturing relationships with potential clients to encourage further engagement.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with real estate agents and other tea
8. Performance Tracking: Track and report key metrics related to lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion rates to measure individual and team performance.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
2. Real Estate Knowledge: Basic knowledge of real estate processes, terminologies, and market trends is desirable.
3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in text messaging, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
4. CRM Proficiency: Experience using FollowUp Boss & CallAction CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and schedule appointments.
5. Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify potential clients, effectively handle objections, and set appointments.
6. Self-Motivated and Disciplined: Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and staying motivated in a remote work environment.
7. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail in maintaining accurate records, following up with leads, and scheduling appointments.
8. Tech-Savviness: Proficient in using various software applications and comfortable with virtual communication tools.
