Etsy Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Etsy Account Manager with a passion for helping Etsy shops thrive. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Etsy's platform, SEO best practices, and the ability to drive traffic to our store. This role includes conducting product research and making informed recommendations on product launches. Experience with Print on Demand products and the ability to create designs or work closely with designers is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our Etsy store, ensuring a smooth operation and optimizing listings for maximum visibility and sales
Utilize SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to our shop
Conduct thorough product research and analysis to identify new product opportunities
Collaborate with designers to create appealing designs for our Print on Demand products
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and Etsy's updates and changes
Provide regular reports on account performance, sales, and strategic insights

Requirements:

Proven experience working with Etsy shops
Passionate about Etsy and its unique marketplace
Proficient in SEO best practices for e-commerce platforms
Exceptional skills in market research and trend analysis
Experience in creating or collaborating on designs for Print on Demand products is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
